Welcome to the City of Bainbridge Leisure Services Department. Leisure Services takes care of all City parks, sports facilities, the Aquatic Center, and three City owned cemeteries.  The Bill Reynolds Sports Park has three facilities within it.  Bill Reynolds I has 4 baseball fields, Bill Reynolds II has 4 softball fields, and Bill Reynolds Sports Park Tennis Center has 14 tennis courts. 

Listed below are printable forms for your convenience. Return the completed form and fee to Leisure Service's Main Office located at 223 Donaldson Street in person or mail your submission to: Leisure Services, P.O. Box 158, Bainbridge, GA  39818.

Youth Baseball & Girls Softball Registration Information

The City of Bainbridge Leisure Services will begin registration on January 2, 2008.  The last day to register will be February 1, 2008.  Registration fee will be $5.  Children registering after February 1, 2008 will be placed on a waiting list until a vacancy becomes available and a $5 late registration fee will be added after February 1, 2008.

A copy of your child's birth certificate must be on file in order to register him/her.  A child WILL NOT be registered without a copy of his/her birth certificate on file.

You can register at the Leisure Services office located at 223 Donalson Street between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. or go to www.bainbridgecity.com and click on departments, scroll down to Leisure Services, and click for printable forms.

BASEBALL Ages 5 - 14:  To be eligible to participate in Baseball ages 5 - 14 your child must turn 5 years old by April 30, 2008 and cannot turn 15 years old by April 30, 2008.

GIRL'S FAST PITCH SOFTBALL Ages 7 - 18:  To be eligible to participate in Girl's Fast Pitch Softball ages 7 - 18 your child must be 7 years old on December 31, 2007 and cannot turn 19 years old by December 31, 2007.

The Cheerleading Clinic with Bainbridge High School Cheerleaders as instructors will be July 9, 10, and 11, 2008.  The clinic will be held at the Bainbridge Memorial Coliseum from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  The levels are:  Entering Pre-K through 5th Grade.  The cost is $40.00.  Register at Bainbridge Leisure Services 248-2010.

The Bainbridge Leisure Services Department is responsible for the management and operation of all leisure service activities that the city provides to the citizens of Bainbridge and Decatur County. The department is responsible for the upkeep and operation of all city parks and leisure facilities owned and operated by the city such as tennis courts, ball fields, and the maintenance of the city's three cemeteries. The City of Bainbridge is blessed with a number of parks located throughout the city and a very large park located along the Flint River including Cheney Griffin Park, Boat Basin Park, and Reynolds Sports Park.
