The Commodore is set in the rich tradition of the South.  The Commodore provides the most luxurious accommodation in Bainbridge-from fine hand pressed linens and bedside chocolates to a delicious full breakfast. 

This Bed & Breakfast, located in the historic district, is an example of a magnificent Antebellum c. 1840 Georgian-style home.  The virgin, longleaf, yellow pine structure is supported by 4 solid 40 foot high cypress columns and constructed with rived out boards and pegs.

All accommodations have a full sofa sitting area, cable TV and fireplaces.  Living room, dining room, breakfast room and library filled with antiques, fine furniture and collectibles.  Second floor sitting area and art gallery is a great place for morning or afternoon tea.

Beautifully landscaped property with fountains, gazebo and swimming pool is within walking distance of historic downtown Bainbridge and the Flint River.
